This project is devoted for creative people. It is not a traditional plein air - participants are not necessary professional artists and it is not necessary to stand out-doors with a palette. The participants of project choose means of creation themselves - it is totally free. Diversity of ideas is encouraged; cooperation of people with different experience is desired. It is intended to broaden geography and diversity of event inviting people from different parts of Lithuania and all the world with various backgrounds, experience and professions, but capable to forget their daily life for several weeks and to devote their time to ESP. (Question "What is ESP?" is open, and answer to it is part of every ESP).

One of the purposes of ESP is creative education of province. ESP aspires to show the progress of creative world - news means of creations, new ideas. Now it is the only event in Ziemgala without any obligations and stylistic limitations.

Site - recreation area "Valley of dears" ("Elniu slenis") in the north of Lithuania (district of Joniskis, Normanteliu village).
